Hi,

yes, one should take nutritional supplements if they are feel they are not getting the require RDA from foods. There are a lot of protein supplements available in the market to compensate this. A lot of good companies are branding this and selling it and its quite effective too.

I took a test from a nutrionist to find out what I could be missing in terms of vitamins and I have been taking what was suggested. They are just some pretty standard supplements like multi-vitamins.
